Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Outreach: Actively reach out to potential B2B clients, introducing them to Natuno's services and establishing initial contact.
- Effectively communicate Natuno’s value proposition in initial outreach communications.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings or calls between potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and build long-term relationships.
- Proactively identify and target potential leads through in-depth market analysis and segmentation.
- Identify and foster partnerships with complementary businesses and organizations.
- Collaborate with these partners to expand Natuno’s reach and access new market segments.
Kualifikasi:
- Strong interest in sales, particularly in the digital design and technology sector.
- Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills and concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Desire to learn and initiative to take on responsibilities.
- Self starter with impeccable follow-through. You say what you’ll do, and do what you say. You hold your team to this standard. You don’t let details slip, and are eager to get things done.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other workspace tools (e.g., Google Spreadsheet).
- Strong interest in operational management and UI/UX design.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
