Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Responsible for the end-to-end process of AYDA (Agunan Yang Diambil Alih) and auctioning, managing portfolios
• Executing AYDA processes; starting from the proposal stage, coordinating with legal parties, handling document administration, reporting & monitoring
• Maintaining AYDA assets; coordinating with any parties relevant, and ensuring the selling process goes well
• Informing the exposure of operational risks, by identifying, reporting, and coordinating risk controls

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in any major, Law majors preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in handling AYDA and/or auctioning process in the banking industry
• Willing to travel for the role, doing site visits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understands financial reporting
• Understands general banking operations
• Understanding BI & OJK regulations, also laws relevant to banking processes
