Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop impactful category analyses and consumer insights using a range of data sources to impact sales, including product placement recommendation.
- Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the team and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the team’s growth.
- Translate company strategy to the team and define continuous improvement to achieve business metrics of sell in and sell out of Category Fresh & Frozen
- Maintain and develop high standards of Category Fresh & Frozen by ensuring all SOPs are relevant, up to date, trained effectively and operationally delivered.
- Pro-actively recognizes issues, defines customer-focused solutions, leads cross functional teams to define actions that will sustainably drive results, and presents strategy to line manager or above.
- Owns vendor/ brand relationship as a primary contact by maintaining quality relations and meeting on a consistent basis for growth results, negotiating future planning, range assortment, and understanding of industry trends.
- Works closely with partner functions (campaign, operational, supply chain etc.) and communicates category and promotional plans to ensure desired service levels and the optimum inventory position achieved.
- Responsible for the employee’s development, such as providing a periodic evaluation, developing subordinates, conducting coaching and counselling, also implementing a manpower planning according to the needs.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related study.
- Having extensive knowledge in consumer needs and retail environments.
- Solid knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
- Minimum 5 years work experience as AVP of Category Fresh/ Frozen/ Farm within E-commerce or FMCG industry
- Proficiency using data analysis software & data visualization tools
- Having a strong business acumen.
- An individual who has willingness to get involved and lead by example.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
- The "never-give-up" mindset.
- Highly motivated and energy, able to grow quickly and able to work under pressure (high energy)
- Strong demonstrated leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills to lead
- Work collaboratively and effectively with various departments, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and use of statistics and other related analytical modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex information, assess problems, and develop effective solutions.
