Deskripsi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Ensures the effectiveness of internal controls in compliance with corporate objectives and regulatory standards
  • Reviews, evaluates, develops, implements, maintains, and verifies internal and business controls for processes, systems, financial statements, journals, and reports by internal auditing and regulatory-mandated standards to ensure that audit work follows the POJK, Audit Procedures, applied regulation
  • Plans and conducts periodic operational audit examinations to identify internal control gaps in business procedures, processes, or systems and initiates appropriate remedial action
  • Develop, plan, and evaluate internal audit programs for the organizations to ensure compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and standards and monitor the implementation of strategies, procedures, and process improvement as the result of audit assignments from audit findings
  • Documents audit results in audit work papers in accordance with established standards.
  • Responsibilities are within the Audit and Financial, Operational audit, and IT Audit as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines
  • Collects, analyzes (performs data extraction if necessary), tests controls for effectiveness, and ensures that documentation for all processes across the organization is reviewed and updated periodically
  • Prepares reports for management of the results of audits, providing recommendations on improvements
  • Conducts audits of financial, control, and other operating records data and information to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
  • Consult with management and Head of Internal Audit on significant issues identified

Kualifikasi:

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years of internal auditing experience, experience in a Life Insurance, BIG 4 consultant handling Life Insurance, financial services client is preferably
  • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty, preferred.
  • Proficient with standard concepts, procedures, protocols, and methodologies within the auditor field
  • Professional certification of QIA, CPA, CIA, CISA, equivalent experience, or working towards a professional certification is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge or experience in auditing in the Life Insurance area is preferable.
  • Team-oriented, effectively interacting with peers, management, and other internal customers.
  • Good understanding, comprehension, and ability to articulate auditing and accounting concepts.
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Willing to travel when it is required.
