As an Associate Program Operations - Data Analytics Science, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful learning experiences supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of learning programs to ensure they run smoothly and meet quality standards.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing video-based learning content.
• Build and maintain relationships with all project stakeholders, including instructors, mentors, participants, student success advisors, and coaches.
• Proactively identify and address problems, applying creative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Facilitate, monitor, and evaluate student success and performance.
• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, as well as online training methodologies.

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle learning and development, training coordination, or a similar role will be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Education, International Relations, Mathematics, Business, or a related field. Preferably from Binus or one of the top 15 universities in Indonesia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, candidates, students, team members, and stakeholders at all levels, as well as to motivate and inspire high levels of customer service and flexibility.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee operations and develop creative solutions.
• Proficient in using data manipulation tools and learning management systems, with the ability to track and produce data-driven reports based on data analysis.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setting in the BSD, Tangerang area.
