Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

JALA is looking for an Assistant Manager for External (Downstream) who will coordinate with account executives regarding sales and relations with processing companies. The candidate must have good communication skills and be knowledgeable in the vannamei shrimp industry (especially related to processing and supply).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with account executives regarding sales and relations with processing companies
• Coordinating with purchasing department of processing companies to obtain the highest shrimp price
• Ensuring timely payments from processing companies
• Ensuring optimal performance from unloaded items from processing companies
• Building relationships with customers from IMU both from processing companies or the horeca sector

Kualifikasi:

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably fisheries)
• Possesses analytical and strategic thinking
• Has good communication skills
• Adaptive and flexible in work
• Has knowledge in the vannamei shrimp industry (especially related to processing and supply)
• Familiar with the shrimp market in processing companies, markets, and horeca
• Willing to be placed in Makassar Area, Indonesia
