Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Merchandising:
- Managing goods and placement according to established guidelines.
- Ensuring the implementation of promotions.
- Ensuring the implementation of label changes.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the area.
Stock Management:
- Supervising the availability and quality of goods in storage.
- Monitoring the availability of goods in storage locations.
- Monitoring receipt and return of goods to the Distribution Center (DC).
- Monitoring customer returns.
Customer Service:
- Handling customer returns or complaints and coordinating with accounting.
People Management:
- Creating staff schedules.
- Recording and reporting staff attendance.
Loss Prevention:
- Monitoring activities related to fraud such as counterfeit money or theft
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the retail industry or 1 year of experience as a management trainee in the retail industry.
- Proficient in using Ms. Office and Google Suites.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Have good communication skills.
- Willing to commit to a 3-month contract.
