Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Merchandising:

  • Managing goods and placement according to established guidelines.
  • Ensuring the implementation of promotions.
  • Ensuring the implementation of label changes.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the area.

Stock Management:

  • Supervising the availability and quality of goods in storage.
  • Monitoring the availability of goods in storage locations.
  • Monitoring receipt and return of goods to the Distribution Center (DC).
  • Monitoring customer returns.

Customer Service:

  • Handling customer returns or complaints and coordinating with accounting.

People Management:

  • Creating staff schedules.
  • Recording and reporting staff attendance.

Loss Prevention:

  • Monitoring activities related to fraud such as counterfeit money or theft

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the retail industry or 1 year of experience as a management trainee in the retail industry.
  • Proficient in using Ms. Office and Google Suites.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Willing to commit to a 3-month contract.
