Job Descriptions:

• Conduct asset stock-taking
• Compile and maintain Asset records in all Hubs & Warehouses.
• Monitor Asset movement in all locations (update data in the system according to asset movement)
• Conduct Asset Transfer in the system (make sure the actual amount of assets is the same as the one in the system)
• Establish PR and confirm POs related to purchasing assets
• Carry out asset disposal in accordance with established standards
• Create asset codes and group them according to asset type

Kualifikasi:

Job Requirements:

• Education min. S1 (preferably majoring in Management/ Accounting)
• Experienced min. 1/2 years in the same position
• Able to operate Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
• Able to work together with various related parties
• Accustomed to working in the field
• Experienced in managing company assets (asset management)
