Responsibilities :

• Creating a Sourcing Strategy:

1. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
2. Identify the right channels and platforms to search for potential candidates.

• Looking for Candidates:

1. Search for candidates through various sources such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Use passive search techniques to find candidates who are not actively looking for work but who meet the required qualifications.
3. Evaluating Candidates:
4. Screen and assess candidate resumes and profiles to ensure suitability to the established criteria.
5. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate abilities and suitability.

• Managing Sourcing Team:

1. Lead and guide the sourcing team to achieve recruitment targets.
2. Provide training and development to improve team skills.

• Collaboration with Recruitment Team:

1. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure efficient workflow.
2. Provide reports and analysis on the progress and results of the sourcing strategy.

Kualifikasi:

• Have experience as a Headhunter / Senior Talent Acquisition / Senior recruitment for at least 2 years
• Understand starting offline and online sourcing - Have knowledge of sourcing knowledge and techniques
• Proficient in operating Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel / Google Spreadsheet
• Have good analytical power
• Have experience leading a team of at least 5 people
• Willing to be placed in Kranggan, Bekasi
