Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Managing and supporting the sales team to achieve sales target
• Developing an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals
• Monitoring and analyzing team performance
• Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with all customers

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major
• At least 4 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role
• Experienced in leading team
• Excellent analytical skill & communication skill
• Willing to be placed in all Sumatera area or West Kalimantan
