Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of all locations within the Jabodetabek area.
• Ensure the Shopper & Riders complies with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for each location, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Implement and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and new store launches.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of all stores in the Jabodetabek area to maintain compliance and address any issues.
• This role may involve working long hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure operational efficiency and address any issues that arise.

Kualifikasi:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, interpreting financial data and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the HappyFresh operational area and adapt to varying work schedules.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office 
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably as an Area Manager or similar position in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
