• As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sales performance. You will monitor and enhance promotional activities, support store managers in achieving sales targets, and implement company initiatives. Additionally, you will conduct performance analysis, create strategic reports, and effectively manage your team. A key part of your role will also include ensuring quality control, service, and cleanliness across all locations, along with conducting daily store visits.
