• Innovate through design
• Research, develop new insights and ideas, implement through analysis, experimentation and production of new designs
• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements
• Create solutions for customer's needs through designs and organizing products' pre- production stage
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
• Developing and presenting project proposals
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs
• Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Liaison production, on site managers and customers
• Coordinate with project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals
• Create creative solutions for design and pre-production processes

Kualifikasi:

• Degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
• Interior designer/ Architect with minimum 2 years experience in design and build
• Visionary, creative, resilient, problem solver, insightful, learner
• Strong creative and visualization skills
• Excellent technical drawing skills
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
