Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Troubleshooting/resolution to all business applications that are published to end-users.
• Monitoring, responding promptly, and resolving all incoming incidents, as well as service requests submitted by end-users through the service desk system.
• Training end-users to use business applications, both new and existing.
• Providing and maintaining solution knowledge based on frequently occurring incidents.
• Building good communication and relationships within internal departments under the IT Group and with cross-functional departments.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology & Engineering related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Power BI / MicroStrategy is an added advantage.
