Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Manage and oversee the engineering team.
• Drive the team forward by being objective and supportive, as well as raising the bar continuously by striving for the great delivery and code quality.
• Manage and execute against projects and delivery commitments.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with the business and product teams to achieve company goals and growth.
• Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency server-end applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance application
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Responsible for mentoring and development team of engineers to grow a high-performance engineering organization.

Kualifikasi:

• Experience on large-scale and high-traffic projects - either Frontend (React JS), Backend (Java Springboot) or Mobile (ReactNative) development experiences.
• Solid knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience in Microservices Architecture.
