Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Provide customers with proper product specification, training on operation, technical consultation.
2. Provide regular after-sales service, maintenance.
3. Assist customers in solving technical problems (including onsite support).
4. Collaborating with cross teams for customer visits and marketing activities.
5. Inquire and quotation about the services, spare part.
6. Cooperate, and respond/feedback to relevant technical issue with the Taiwan Headquarters.
7. Cooperate with the business and engineering departments in on-site work, including assisting foreign technicians in equipment installation and testing on site.

Kualifikasi:

1. At least Diploma major in Mechanical Engineering, with min 2-year experience.
2. Understanding Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC software is preferred
3. Proficient in both verbal and written English, able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
4. Willing to go Business trip.
5. Have a car driving license (SIM A) and able to drive.
6. Placement in BSD Office, Tangerang Selatan.
