Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Handle all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Oversee the use and management of the SAP Accounting System for accounting processes.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; conduct variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and process improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit requirements are met.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Accounting System and proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
