Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Establishes and enforce internal controls and guidelines for proper accounting methods, processes, policies and principles.
• Responsible for the accounting of complex transactions typically associated with advanced accounting, such as verifying the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
• Keep up to date with accounting principle developments and regulatory requirements.
• Set standards of excellence in Corporate Accounting’s General Ledger work products, provide necessary training and hold staff accountable for adherence to accounting.
• Provide recommendations, improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Meet financial accounting objectives.
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Eight years or more of related experience required, Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
• Experience in startup industry is a must.
• Experience in Public Accounting Firm is preferred.
• Possess experience & knowledge in EBITDA and Operating Cashflow.
• Possess experience or knowledge in IFRS 16 / PSAK 73
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• High level ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• High level attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
