Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Collecting invoice issued by Finance and input the journal entries, create AR Report
2. Checking the content of the submission and documents uploaded by requestor in system
3. Requesting the bank Statement to finance team & input transaction to system
4. Creating the journal voucher to System Monthly
5. Monthly Reconcile the Bank Statement
6. Preparing the list of accured expenses, inputting them to system monthly, Create Accrue Report
7. Preparing fixed assets monthly report & running depreciation
8. Preparing COGS report
9. Tax Reconciliation

Kualifikasi:

1. At least have 2 years' experience in accounting and finance
2. Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use
3. Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
5. Impeccable understanding of financial statements
6. Good understanding about Tax Reconciliation
