Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Payroll professional located in West Jakarta. This position will be responsible for managing the company’s entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments, and complying with applicable tax regulations.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the monthly payroll process for all employees.
  • Ensure the accuracy of salary data, deductions, and allowances.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to management.
  • Handle and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations related to payroll.
  • Maintain and update employee data in the payroll system.
  • Address employee inquiries and complaints related to payroll.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth payroll processes.

Kualifikasi:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Payroll Officer or in a related position.
  • Good knowledge of tax and labor regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
  • Work Location: Kembangan, Jakarta Barat
