Job Role:

1. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Kualifikasi:

Job Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00 from a reputable university. Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on finance/accounting is advantageous.
2. Min. 2 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in the retail industry.
3. Experience with inventory management and retail-specific financial challenges is a plus.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
6. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Understanding of retail industry dynamics.
