Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) according to PSAK
• Oversee the month-end closing process and ensure all reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and standards.
• Provide support during due dilligence, internal and external audits
• Liaise with other departments, assist CFO and other team member in finance-related projects

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Strong understanding on Indonesian accounting regulations(PSAK) and general understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulation
• Proven experience with accounting software
• Experience motivating and developing a team is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Team player with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
