Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of Accounting Department
• Handling month end, quarterly, and yearly closing to be submitted in a timely manner
• Review journal entries for all transactions, coordinating with all Finance and Tax Team in day to day activities to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness of accounting records.
• Prepare any supporting data requested by the Internal / External Auditor & Tax consultant.
• Regularly check and monitor if there is a new or revision on Indonesia Accounting Standard (PSAK). 
• Support Inventory & Fixed Asset Stock Opname.
• Liaising with store team related for operational matters

Kualifikasi:

Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree majoring accounting form reputable university
• Experienced minimum 3 years as Accounting Assistant Manager or minimum 1 year as Accounting Manager.
• Preferable have worked in Audit Firm minimum 2 years
• Preferable familiar with SAP system
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Report
• Excellent Ms. Office skills especially in Ms. Excel
• Strong analytical & detail oriented
• Good communication skill with internal and external
• Fluent in english is must
• A responsible person and active to take initiative in solving issues
• Being able to work as a team and as an individual skills
• Willing to work in HQ - AEON Mall (BSD)
