  • As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and achieving account growth and retention targets.

Kualifikasi:


  • Min 2 years of experience as account manager
  • Experience in the logistics industry (be a plus point)
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
