Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Manage and grow client relationships, nurturing existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and lead contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients' unique needs.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.


Kualifikasi:


  • Experience in account management, customer service, or relevant field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent critical, analytical thinking and business planning
  • Self-motivated and proactive in reaching sales targets
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian
  • Knowledge of data compression and internet technology is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Experience as Account Manager in a System Integrator or Distributor company handling various industrial sectors (Government, FSI, Manufacture, Retail, Horeca, Healthcare, Education, Agri, Banking, Oil and Gas, Mining, Energi, Shipping Logistic Plantation, Smart Surveillance, and Transportation).
