Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Manage and grow client relationships, nurturing existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and lead contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients' unique needs.
- Identify upsell opportunities and provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
Kualifikasi:
- Experience in account management, customer service, or relevant field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent critical, analytical thinking and business planning
- Self-motivated and proactive in reaching sales targets
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Knowledge of data compression and internet technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of Experience as Account Manager in a System Integrator or Distributor company handling various industrial sectors (Government, FSI, Manufacture, Retail, Horeca, Healthcare, Education, Agri, Banking, Oil and Gas, Mining, Energi, Shipping Logistic Plantation, Smart Surveillance, and Transportation).
