- Expert Advisory: Offer expert guidance and address clients' issues with professionalism and care.
- Relationship Management: Building trust and serving as clients' primary point of contact within the company.
- Document Management: Efficiently gather and validate clients’ documents and data ensuring requirements are met.
- Leading a Team: Manage multiple supporting staff and efficiently coordinate with other team members.
Kualifikasi:
- Strong problem solving, logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and adeptness in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the travel industry, customer management, data entry, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
