Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Identify growth opportunities and develop sales activities in the modern trade channel by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials
- Manage and build strong business relationships with all the accounts (modern trade) under your portfolio.
- Manage and oversee the profitability of your business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Ensures the transparency of the implementation of trade promotions and programs for events related to the modern trade channel and leads modern trade sales.
- Evaluate and develop the skills level of the team.
- Monitoring daily and weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities, and market trends on a regular basis.
- Developing in-store visibility plans in coordination with the distributor, and follow-up to achieve timely and effective implementation.
- Managing data stock management and PO fulfillment account
Kualifikasi:
- Preferred fields: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Equivalent work experience can be considered.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., advertising, technology, finance) may be required.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and generate reports.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and strategic planning
