Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Research, Source, identify, and attract top-tier Tech Talent for clients across various industries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and company culture 
• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between clients and candidates
• Facilitate negotiations for compensation packages and terms of employment
• Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles highlighting technical skills, project experience, and suitability for specific tech roles

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, marketing, or related fields (Graduated from an overseas college will be a plus point)
• Fluent in English both oral and written 
• At least 2 years of experience in partnership and marketing, preferably within the Digital talents Industries 
• Previous experience as a headhunter is a plus
• Proven experience handling clients for their hiring needs
• Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and recruitment processes 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must 
• Ability to adapt to every change and situation (agile culture)
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong organizational, management, and research skills and attention to detail
