WAREHOUSE & INVENTORY BRANCH

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab :

• Monitoring warehouse operations starting from receipt of goods from suppliers and manufacturer, storage, and delivery
• Manage the physical movement of assigned materials (amenities for hotel and project-related material)
• Coordinate inbound and outbound schedule delivery with Internal Logistics Associate, Internal Warehouse, and 3rd parties Warehouse Partners for selected and assigned items
• Responsible for the accuracy of stock and transaction recording field and data entry into the system
• Troubleshoot inventory count discrepancies and engage other teams (Branch-Operations, Project Team, and 3rd parties Warehouse Partners) in problem-solving
• Work with related internal team and 3rd parties to coordinate timely goods and material transfers between locations
• Work with related team members and/or leader(s) to enforce standards for the organization, storage, movement, and record-keeping inventory
• Provide administrative support to related departments as required
• Responsible for neatness, cleanliness, and regularity items in warehouse

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree from reputable university in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,Management, Logistics or Supply Chain, or other related subjects
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Administration and Operation
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Offices
• Have an experience in using ERP System is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and positive interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Responsible, honest, discipline, and high attention to detail
• Willing to be based in Bandung
