SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab

• Develop weekly and monthly social media calendar for all Bobobox social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube);
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, video, and news);
• Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users;
• Use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly;
• Work together with content production team to provide insights for engaging and creative content;
• Analyze competitor's social media strategies;
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews ;
• Implement active campaigns to develop brand awareness;
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications ;
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media marketing efforts;
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy and campaigns for optimal results

Kualifikasi

• Minimum bachelor degree from English literature, journalism, communications, marketing,or related;
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working as social media specialist, social media strategist, content specialist, or similar roles;
• Excellent writing / copywriting skills ;
• Fluent in English;
• Familiarity with social media tools (Socialbakers, SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Phlanx, etc.);
• Ability to making digital plan board / calendar for execute campaigns;
• Challenger working in Startup (VUCA) Environment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Team player;
• Willing to be based in Bandung
