PRODUCT MANAGEMENT INTERN

We're proud to create breakthrough products in education and career management that meet the needs and wants of our clients. To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re in search of a product strategy intern to complete our Product Management team.

We’re specifically looking for a Product Management Intern who will roll up their sleeves and help the founders and team from inside the trenches. You'll be working directly with a small core team of ex-MBB consulting firms and Southeast Asian unicorns. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. To succeed in this role, you should have an orientation to customer’s experience and attention to details.

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab

• Help driving the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Create product strategy documents that describe product use cases in high level
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development of products
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates KarirLab and its features across primary market segments

Kualifikasi

• Final year student / bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field
• Basic understanding of product management/business development/software development cycle
• Effective cross-functional team management
• Very strong writing and research skills
• Ability to deliver presentations and communicate effectively
