MID BACKEND ENGINEER

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab

• Gather, Address, and Design technical requirements & solutions.
• Develop, Improve, and Deploy high quality backend services and APIs.
• Apply design patterns based on use case on any project and produce maintainable and easy to extend code.
• Learn multiple tech stacks to use the best tools for the job.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Act as main PIC for production support: troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing.
• Write unit tests to achieve high test coverage.
• Write technical documentation.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 2 years experience as Backend Engineer
• Have strong analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Eagerness to learn, help, and share.
• Comfortable with working up and down the technology stack.
• Eagerness to explore creative solutions and try new things.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools.
• Have good knowledge and experience in building production level applications in Go, PHP, NodeJs, or Python.
• Have good communication skills, are a team player and comfortable to work with a cross functional team.
• Have a great sense of ownership, urgency, and self-driven.
• Have general cloud knowledge and containerization using Docker.
• Familiarity with automated testing pipelines.
• Have experience in improving non-functional issues (e.g. performance, security).
