FOUNDER’S OFFICE ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE

KarirLab is an early-stage startup incubated at Yale University searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a newly founded business.

We are rapidly expanding and looking to groom candidates from within, who will get into the problems and roll up their sleeves. You'll be the right hand of our Core Team: ex-MBB consulting firms and Southeast Asian unicorns.

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab

• Become the project owner to lead KarirLab’s key priorities & strategic projects end-to-end together with the Founders
• Collaborate with different teams to deliver strategic projects, incl. PMO requirements, deadlines, and schedules across different stakeholders
• Collect feedback from customers & participants, synthesize potential ideas for improvements
• Assist day-to-day relationships with strategic partners to deliver KarirLab’s initiatives/programs
• Co-lead quantitative/qualitative research and analyses necessary with the Product team
• Co-lead the development of SOP, manual, training materials and other documents as needed to enable a successful implementation of new business/project

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management/Business, Communications, or similar field; 2-3 years of industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Active team player, independent self-starter who can take initiatives to ask & quickly adjust priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
• Willing to co-locate 1x per week (Central / South Jakarta area)
