Job Description

Digitalent are young talents with a passion for software engineering who need more exposure, knowledge, and training to flourish in their role fully. 

As Digitalent, you will receive a six-month structured training program, covering the software engineering fundamentals, best coding practices on common tech stacks and tools used in the enterprise development center, as well as near-the-job training through simulated projects. After completing the training program, you will get the opportunity to join our Engineering team and build your career. 

Kualifikasi

• Final year student or Bachelor’s Degree in all majors 

• Passionate and interested in pursuing a career in software development and programming 

• Candidates with 0-2 years of employment experience in Technology and Engineering fields are welcome to apply 

• Exposure in web development or programming will be an advantage (e.g. freelance projects, internships, short courses, work experience, etc.) 

• Knowledge of basic coding skills and fundamental computer science will be an advantage 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Motivated with a positive attitude and driven to learn 

• Uphold high standards and proactively come up with initiatives for better improvements

• Able to commit to full-time employment and willing to be located in Jakarta
