QA CONSTRUCTION PLANNING

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab

• QA Construction Planning focuses on creating and defining quality requirements of the built product (Architectural, Landscape, Structure, and MEP) based on standard requirements, regulations and site application.
• Create various guidelines, checklists or any quality assessment tool to help QC checking quality applied in construction.
• Define Method to assess quality.
• QA Construction Planning is accountable to define a standardized process for the whole construction process from planning to construction execution.
• Create various guidelines to ease construction and Create RKS for defining methods in construction.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years working experience as a Construction QA/Engineer at Contractors/ Construction Management or Related positions.
• Proficiency in working with AutoCAD and documentation tools.
• Excellent knowledge of specific materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of the design process and construction process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good observation skills and detail-oriented.
• A cooperative team player.
• Willing to work in Bandung and travel to various site locations.
