BUSINESS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

KarirLab is an early-stage startup incubated at Yale University searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a newly founded business.

We’re specifically looking for a Business Operations Intern/Associate who will roll up their sleeves. You'll be working directly with a small core team of ex-top management consulting firms and Southeast Asian unicorns.

As a key member of our growing team, you will help execute the company's business operations in building the right professional development solutions for our users. Our ideal candidate is ready to hustle and execute with attention to details! To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for self-development and a growth mindset.

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab

• Drive education, adoption, retention, growth, and renewals among our client base by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
• Collaborate closely with team members
• Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new client and the training of the KarirLab platform, and support client renewals and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with the product and development team to set up or configure our platform as per clients’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by clients
• Provide insights to clients to ensure that clients get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our client base

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree of any major
• Proven track record of working in a customer facing role. Preferably 1-2 years Customer Success or Account Management experience in an education or tech company.
• Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing educational company
• Experience building and maintaining relationships
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering) to drive the success of clients
• Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
