We are an Agri-tech startup with a unique vision to modernize the end-to-end poultry supply chain in Indonesia.

Pitik was built from the ground up by 2 serial entrepreneurs who were passionate about creating sustainable solutions that improve the livelihood of our farmers within the Agri-space. With trust at the foundation of our business model, we aim to support Indonesian farmers by developing technological innovations that help streamline their operations and increase their productivity.

Our mission is to be THE best partner for Indonesian chicken farmers. Through our smart technology, we aim to empower local farmers by equipping them with our smart IoT devices and AI-powered algorithms to optimize every aspect of the process - from the point of poultry production to its point of sale.

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab

As the Business Analyst, here’s how you will have a significant impact at Pitik.

• Understand business growth needs, translate data into insights, and create strategic planning to grow and improve the business and operations.
• Analyze variances from the project plan, compile alternatives, and execute the preferred recommendations in the area of business growth, operations, area expansion, etc.
• Create a business plan, conduct quantitative and qualitative benchmarking, perform contract pricing analysis to support business growth, including troubleshooting potential problems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions and improvements.

Kualifikasi

• 1 to 3 years of working experience in Business Consulting / Business Analyst from a tech startup.
• Able to work with ambiguity, independently, always ready to pivot.
• A Self-starter, able to follow up and work with key stakeholders to create the business outcome.
• Strong in quantitative & qualitative analysis, well knowledge and experience with data analysis tools.
