B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SENIOR EXECUTIVE
KarirLab is an early-stage startup incubated at Yale University searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a newly founded business.
We’re specifically looking for a B2B Business Development/Sales Representative who will roll up their sleeves. You'll be working directly with a small core team of ex-top management consulting firms and Southeast Asian unicorns.
As a key member of our growing team, you will help execute the company's business development efforts to institutional clients in order to achieve our outreach target and democratize access to professional opportunities to the next generation of university students.

Obyektif dan Tanggung Jawab
- Represent KarirLab’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with research to identify how our solutions meet needs; possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics; and prepare reports as required
- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following an defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
- Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring
Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years in B2B Sales, preferably handling large/institutional clients in a startup/tech company
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Independent initiative owner with flexibility in managing directions
- Proficiency in setting up own data system
- Personal integrity
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to serve clients
